ADF Application Debugging Tips
-----------------------------------------
1) Logs
      - Enable all adf package logs to FINEST levels
      - Enable fiddler logs
      - Enable MDS logs if required
      - Look for Query and Bind variables within the log file.
      - Good to consider all the server WARNING MESSAGES
      - Consider all the exception trace.

2) Thread Dump
     - Always good to have Thread Dump while running the particular use-case.
     - Look for waiting state.

3) Heap Dump

4) Enable Javascript Debugging and analyse Request and Response before going to detailed analysis.
